Mr. Babich is a founding partner of the law firm of Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood. After receiving his Bachelor's degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1977 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Hastings College of the Law in 1980, he was admitted to the State Bar of California in December of 1980. After a brief stint as a Deputy District Attorney for the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office, he began practicing plaintiffs' personal injury law wherein he has exclusively represented injured clients. Mr. Babich has been very active in various trial lawyer associations such as the Consumer Attorneys of California where he served on its Board between 1995 and 1998. He also has served as President for the Sacramento Consumer Attorneys in 1993 and was honored as their selection for Advocate of the Year for his outstanding trial results in 2003. Mr. Babich is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocacates.
