Mr. Hayes began his legal schooling at Pacific McGeorge later that Fall. While attending evening courses at Pacific McGeorge, Mr. Hayes performed well in his classes and ultimately was selected to participate on the moot court team. Mr. Hayes continued to distinguish himself while in school by working full time as a law clerk, assisting Mr. Dreyer with the prosecution and trial of numerous cases for catastrophically injured individuals. Since earning his law degree and passing the bar, Mr. Hayes accepted the position as an associate attorney for Mr. Dreyer. Mr. Hayes represents injured individuals that are treated unfairly by the insurance industry and Corporate America. He has handled over a hundred cases in his years of practice and has achieved several significant results for his clients. He has done arbitrations, mediations and trials. His clients have included school teachers, lawyers and doctors that have suffered minor injuries to iron workers, plumbers and chefs that have life-altering injuries. He has taught a number of continuing education courses, including “Preparing and Trying Soft Tissue Cases” and “Gaining the Best Settlement in Auto Injury Cases.” He has also judged local mock trial competitions and been an invited lecturer for local legal associations. Mr. Hayes’ practice focuses on insurance and personal injury litigation including motor vehicle collisions, public entity liability, products liability, construction incidents and general personal injury.
